Description of Baja Good Life Club:

Baja Love Ride was an idea that came from a desire to meet the overwhelming needs of the orphaned and abandoned children by supporting non-profit children’s organizations throughout Baja with fundraising for education, health and quality of life.  

There are an estimated 1.5 million orphaned and abandoned children living in Mexico. 

The costs associated with education, medical care and personal care for an orphaned child are increasing every year. As the number of orphaned children increases, so does the need for the monies provided by the Baja Love Ride, and event like it.

Each year these charities needs grow and their dependence upon fundraisers such as the Baja Love Ride becomes more apparent. The Baja Love Ride was created to boost the  involvement with organizations that focus on worthwhile children’s causes. The Baja Love Ride is an excellent way for people, communities and companies to make a contribution that will make a difference to a child’s life.

As we recognize the importance of supporting community organizations, we have created the ride so that everyone can contribute to a group of nominated charities. The total amount raised by riders and teams is goes directly to where it is needed, in the communities. Information on the charities we have selected can be found listed on the “Meet the Kids” section of this site.

The Baja Love Ride is the only children's bicycle fundraising event on the Baja peninsula organized and supported by the non-profit charities that will benefit from the money raised by its participants. Our sole goal is to enrich the lives of the children of Baja through education, health and quality of life. Your support and commitment to this event is pivotal to our success. Your participation and the money raised will allow us to achieve this goal.
