 Vince’s Old Pier Restaurant is a great culinary experience; whether to wine and dine visitors, or just stop-in for a relaxing appetizer and margarita. The menu is mainly seafood, though they also offer a steak with shrimp or lobster. They have two large salt-water tanks where you can choose your own fish or lobster. It doesn’t get any fresher than that! Most of the combinations come with a hearty fish soup that leaves you yearning for more. The tortillas are fresh and most plates are accompanied by rice and green salad garnished with a subtle homemade sauce.
The bar area features a large screen TV and several tables for cocktails while you wait for your guests and watch Monday Night Football while enjoying one of the best margaritas on the planet. On the ground floor is a large dining room with a stage where live music groups perform on occasion. There is also an outdoor terrace for dining, and a great place for people watching.
Vince’s is located just two blocks north of the Rosarito Beach Hotel on the main drag, Benito Juárez Blvd. The prices are moderate and service is outstanding.
