My Services
For instance, these are some of the services I provide to my clients:
- Fideicomisos
- Mexican Wills
- Licensed Translator
- Licensed US Notary Services (Apostilles)
- Federal Zone Concessions
- Obtain “Letter of Liberation” from IMSS office for building projects.
- FM3, FM2, “Declaratoria de Inmmigrado” and Mexican Citizenship Services.
- Write, review, modify or cancel any type of contract under Mexican Law.
- Supervise and review all legal transactions for buying and selling property in Mexico; including ejido land.
- Mexican Corporations (to start new businesses or make investments and own property through the Mexican Corporation)
- Help foreigners start any type of legal business in Mexico such as Fishing Sport Licenses, Day or Night Clubs or Charity Associations. Including associations called “Donatarias Autorizadas” which are able to issue legal deductible tax receipts.
My office is located across the street from Bancomer in San Felipe’s down town inside of La Plazita (it is a two store orange building) my little office is upstairs on the right hand side.
